Grand Opening at Reserve Of St. Charles This Weekend!

We are having a two day open house from 12-3PM on Saturday and Sunday at our newest model, showing off the new and improved Reserve of St. Charles.

This beautiful home is 3,600 SF version of  our Ana’s Cottage with a Stately Brick Exterior and Fun Bonus Room Over the family room that overlooks one of the  three natural ponds in The Reserve.

The home is located at 4625 Grandfield Drive.  I will be at the house Saturday, and Kevin Micheli from the Janko Group (Developer) will be there Sunday.  We have a multitude of previously sold custom homes ranging from the low $500′s to over $850,000 in production now!
